We are proud members of the PCA who continually support excellence in the industry by driving innovation and education to raise standards of professionals like us.

And we’d like to publicly recognize the importance of our membership, thank the Association for recognizing our own excellence, and congratulate Steve on his remarkable accomplishments.

‘New industry award for specialist surveyor at Oxfordshire company

A property professional at an Oxfordshire business has been recognised by national trade body the Property Care Association (PCA).

Stephen Evans from Property Conservation Services in Witney has been awarded the Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW) Surveyor Of The Year 2025, sponsored by Delta Membrane Systems Ltd.

His achievement was recognised at the PCA’s 15th annual Property Care Awards held at Manchester United FC’s iconic Old Trafford stadium as part of the trade body’s annual conferences in Damp and Timber, Structural Waterproofing and Invasive Weeds.

More than 20 awards were presented during the ceremony, marking achievements across training and staff development, innovation, sustainability and best practice.

PCA Chief Executive Sarah Garry hosted the event. She said: “A PCA award is not easily won.

“Categories such as innovation or sustainability are assessed by independent judges, Contractor of the Year accolades are based on audit outcomes and awards for individual Certificated Surveyors, Technicians and Apprentices are given to those achieving the highest marks.

“The event is a celebration of those who demonstrate an exceptional level of best practice, and our congratulations go to Stephen for achieving Surveyor of the Year.”
