We contacted this company due to rising damp issues and the surveyor came within a couple of days and explained our problems clearly. The technicians were booked in to fix the problem within a week or so and they arrived on time and worked extremely hard until the work was completed. This was the most pleasant experience dealing with a company based on their review on line. From the moment I contacted the company their  representative  Steve arrived I felt completely confident in his assessment of the damp issue in the porch. It wasn’t a hard sell it was an honest assessment of the cause using technology which highlighted the damp issues. The price was right for the work and was very competitive from others who I now feel were misleading us on what needed to be done ! The workmen involved in the total process were exceptional the workmen who did the plastering and the carpenter team were faultless and left the area spotless.
