The client wanted a dry and warmer wall surface so we recommended Delta MS which is a meshed cavity drain membrane used for waterproofing and can be installed directly onto the existing plaster also incorporating a ventilation strip at floor level. This eliminated the need to remove the existing plaster. We then drylined the wall with 12mm plasterboard and skim finish ready for the clients redecoration.
